You can select between 3 types of vehicles to accommodate your group size and luggage. Choose a Sedan Car if you’re traveling with a group size of 4 or less people, or a MPV for 5-6 people or a Van for a larger group up to 15 travelers.

- Van (Toyota Innova or similar) for 6 passengers
- Tempo Traveler for a group up to 15 passengers
- No midway stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly at the airport/hotel after being picked up
- If you have large or extra luggage, please inform us in advance. You may be required to book a larger vehicle
- The operator will reconfirm your pick up time. Please wait at the hotel lobby/airport for your driver
- Transfer services are available within Varanasi city area.
- Pick up between 10 am to 10 pm, Booking must be made at least 4 hours in advance
- Pick up between 10 pm to 10 am, Booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance
- For airport pick up, the driver will be waiting outside the Arrival Hall and for railway station pickup driver will be waiting outside your train compartment holding a signboard with your booking name
- The driver will wait for up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please message to the driver, so that he will wait for you. An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time if exceeding 1 hour which is to be paid in cash to the driver.
- If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour and you remain out of contact, your booking will be considered a “no show”. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
- Please be at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time, if you will be delayed, please call the local operator or message driver directly to inform them of the delay
- The driver will wait for you, up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a “no show”. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
- Book Taxi for 3 Hours before your scheduled Flight Departure Time or 2 Hours before your scheduled Train Departure Time
