VARANASI TOUR GUIDE

Day Visit – North Indian Village Tour

Varanasi or Banaras is famous for rich cultural heritage along with religion and spirituality. But the soul of this region lies in rural areas. Most of the people residing in a village don’t have even basic amenities but they are more self satisfied than the people residing in urban areas. Farming and agriculture are one of the most difficult jobs. The Indian farmer, in particular, is a hardworking and diligent man. The land and the crops need close attention and efforts day and night for a successful harvest.  A farmer usually starts his day before the sun’s up and works throughout the day. His work involves a lot of manual labour and persistence. A lot of the farmers do not enjoy the luxury of machines or tractors and have to rely on intense manual labour.

Life in the village area is enjoyable and peaceful. Villages have a natural beauty to them, and they are simple yet beautiful. The villagers mostly go to the fields to earn a living. Villagers are hard working and their day starts earlier than people from cities. The Villages are free from the hustle and bustle of a city life; villages are peaceful, calm, quite and full of greenery where one can breathe fresh air. Most of the people who live in villages are farmers, other works as potters, carpenters, blacksmith. Village life is the representation of a rural lifestyle, the air and water of the village are less polluted and have a cleaner environment, less noise, and fresh air compared to the urban area.
